Returns & Exchanges


Our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at You will be responsible for returning the item with all packaging intact.

If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at so that we can address the issue. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on earrings (intimate objects), sale items, gift cards, custom-made items, or solid gold pieces (all of which are custom made to order).

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
