Design Your Own Custom Jewelry Piece

Be your own jewelry designer and create the one-of-a-kind piece you’ve been dreaming of! Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: Send me a message with your vision and ideas — photos, sketches, or inspiration are all welcome.
Step 2: We’ll discuss your design preferences and style so I can understand exactly what you’re looking for.
Step 3: Based on your chosen materials and design details, I’ll provide a rough quote for the wholesale material cost.
Step 4: Once you approve the quote and finalize your requests, I’ll begin the design phase (typically 1 week).
Step 5: You’ll receive detailed 3D rendered proofs for review. You can request revisions — note that design changes beyond the original scope may incur a fee.
Step 6: After render approval, production begins. No changes can be made once this stage starts. Production usually takes 3–4 weeks.
Step 7: Your finished piece arrives beautifully packaged in a signature green box, shipped with insurance and signature confirmation for orders over $1,000.

Custom designs fall into three Tiers, based on complexity. If you’re not sure which Tier your design fits, just reach out — I’m happy to help (and it’s always fun to brainstorm your ideas!).

Design Fee & Details

When you purchase this listing, you’re commissioning a custom CAD jewelry design. The design fee of $250–$450 is a non-refundable service that covers the time and expertise required to develop your piece.

You’re under no obligation to purchase the final jewelry. If you choose not to move forward, the design fee is not refunded, as it reflects the work invested in your custom concept. If I’ve misunderstood your original direction, I’ll adjust your design at no extra cost. Otherwise, additional design changes will incur a small revision fee.

You’ll receive your first render within 2–3 weeks after we confirm your design details.
